Telefónica Venezolana needed support in the development of the app for iOS systems of App MiMovistar, the same must be operational and compatible with the different devices offered by Apple, in addition to adapting to the technical requirements required for compatibility and its performance in the user experience and current updates for iOS.
The App MiMovistar is a 100% transactional application that provides Movistar customers with a tool for self-management that validates the information of the same, authenticates its veracity and allows them to perform online operations that self-manage the information of the user
We demonstrated our capacity as a provider, adapting to a team already previously formed, with a work methodology at home, online meetings, that met all the established objectives of:
Integration of interfaces and user experience for the transactions of self-management of the APP channel.
- Integration of a total of 17 native REST services for online transactional.
- Implementation of a total of 15 self-management transactions and 6 external transactions.
- Integration and exposure of base events for Firebase iOS monitoring.
- Integration of new functionalities of Login with Touch ID and Face ID.
- Widget, Keep your favorite information at hand, exploring new accesses and distribution on your device.
- Balance inquiry using the virtual assistant Siri.
The successful execution allowed supporting the following KPIs associated
to the initiative:
- 5.78% of APP penetration users.
- Closure at the end of December 2020 with a total of 10,100 new
iPhone users.
- Closure at the end of June 2021 with a total of 45,100 users
accumulated from January.
